2. Platform Description

The CFD Coin Staking Platform is a digital asset management system where users can deposit funds, stake CFD Coins, receive predetermined Additional CFD Coins, and withdraw funds. The platform features transparent pricing and full transaction records.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to review and approval. Processing times may vary. The platform reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal request in compliance with applicable regulations.

5. Staking Rules

Stakes are locked for the selected plan duration. Early unstaking is not permitted. Additional CFD Coins are calculated based on the plan's predetermined Bonus Percentage and are allocated immediately when the stake is created. The platform does not guarantee specific coin price performance beyond the stated Bonus Percentages.

6. Coin Pricing

CFD Coin prices are determined by the platform and are subject to change. All price updates are recorded. The platform makes no guarantees about future price movements.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, attempting to manipulate the platform, creating multiple accounts, or using automated systems to interact with the platform without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
